• Transcribe audio samples in Italian and, when required, in English with high accuracy and adherence to project guidelines.
• Review and edit transcripts to ensure completeness, consistency, and correct representation of spoken content.
• Annotate audio data as specified, contributing vital insights for AI model training.
• Flag unclear or low-quality audio and provide feedback on transcription challenges.
• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements and address specific linguistic nuances.
• Maintain confidentiality and data security throughout all transcription assignments.
• Deliver timely, high-quality transcripts that meet established standards and contribute to project milestones.

• Native-level fluency in Italian, with strong comprehension of both spoken and written language.
• Demonstrated experience in professional audio transcription, especially for linguistic or AI-related projects.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accurate and comprehensive transcripts.
• Strong familiarity with audio transcription tools and best practices.
• Ability to identify, interpret, and annotate linguistic subtleties and audio ambiguities.
• Previous experience supporting AI training data projects is a plus, though not required.
• Proactive communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality work independently.
