Litigation Associate Attorney

Miletich PC, recognized by U.S. News and World Report as one of the Best Law Firms in America, and an AV Preeminent-rated firm by Martindale-Hubbell, seeks an associate attorney with employment litigation experience. Miletich PC is a defense law firm primarily practicing in the areas of employment; professional liability; insurance defense and coverage litigation; and commercial litigation.

Candidates must have excellent verbal, research, writing, and analytical skills and must be licensed to practice in Colorado and in good standing.

Applicants should have employment litigation experience and a familiarity with the Colorado court system. Preferred litigation experience includes all aspects of discovery, motion practice, trial or arbitration experience, and experience working directly with clients.

Compensation Details:
Anticipated pay range of $100,000 to $175,000 a year, based on experience and skill level. Competitive benefits currently include medical insurance, short and long-term disability and life insurance, 401(k), and paid time-off.

• Juris doctorate degree from an accredited law school with excellent academic record
• Exceptional legal research and writing skills, with experience on and familiarity with legal databases
