LHH is assisting a highly respected top 50 AmLaw firm in its search for an Associate Attorney to handle sophisticated M&A transactions with healthcare providers, payers, and health tech companies.

The role requires at least 3 years of transactional healthcare experience. This role offers the opportunity work on high end transactions in a firm that specializes in a wide variety of healthcare transactional advisory work.

Salary/Benefits:

The base salary for this role is $240,000-$390,000 and the firm has additional benefits including a 401K, health, dental vision, and maternity and paternity leave.
