I am currently working with a leading Denver-based AM LAW ranked firm, who are actively looking to recruit an experienced real estate attorney to join their Denver office.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough legal research on real estate matters.
• Draft and review real estate transaction documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on real estate transactions and disputes.
• Represent clients in real estate negotiations and transactions.
• Handle closings, title reviews, and other aspects of real estate transactions.
• Assist in establishing existing clients, as well as developing new business to grow your practice.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the Colorado state bar.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience practicing real estate law.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
