Salary $120,000 - $150,000 per year

We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and dedicated Permanent Associate Attorney to join our growing team. This exciting role requires a candidate with a strong background in personal injury law and a proven track record of success. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing personal injury cases from initial client meeting to resolution. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on high‑profile cases and make substantial contributions to our clients  lives.

The role demands a strong commitment to client service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

• Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception through resolution.
• Conduct initial client meetings and maintain regular communication to provide case updates and gather necessary information.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and decisions.
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a high level of client service and satisfaction.
• Stay current on developments in personal injury law and participate in professional development activities.

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury law, including significant trial experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a large caseload and juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to achieve favorable settlements for clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, opposing counsel, and team members.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest level of professional ethics and integrity.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about case management and resolution.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
