A growing, mid sized Colorado law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney with strong commercial real estate experience to join its expanding practice. In this role, you will work on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions with a primary focus on leasing and acquisitions. You will frequently serve as lead attorney on matters, guiding deals from early negotiations through closing. - Draft, review, and negotiate commercial lease agreements, including terms related to rent, maintenance, renewals, options, and other key provisions
- Lead and manage due diligence for property acquisitions, including title, zoning, environmental, and risk analysis
- Handle all aspects of commercial purchase and sale transactions, from contract negotiation through closing
- Advise clients on transaction structure, risk management, and financing considerations
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and build long term relationships through responsive, practical counsel
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm in a collegial, team driven environment
- 3 to 8 years of experience in real estate transactional law
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication and client service skills
