Compensation: $140,000 to $225,000 plus structured and discretionary bonuses

A growing, mid sized Colorado law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney with strong commercial real estate experience to join its expanding practice. In this role, you will work on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions with a primary focus on leasing and acquisitions. You will frequently serve as lead attorney on matters, guiding deals from early negotiations through closing. What You Will Do
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial lease agreements, including terms related to rent, maintenance, renewals, options, and other key provisions
  • Lead and manage due diligence for property acquisitions, including title, zoning, environmental, and risk analysis
  • Handle all aspects of commercial purchase and sale transactions, from contract negotiation through closing
  • Advise clients on transaction structure, risk management, and financing considerations
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and build long term relationships through responsive, practical counsel
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the firm in a collegial, team driven environment
What We Are Looking For
  • 3 to 8 years of experience in real estate transactional law
  • Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • A high standard of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
