Their Denver, CO office has an immediate need for a Corporate Associate with 5-6 years of experience in middle market and lower middle market M&A and private equity transactions.

Additional experience with outside general counsel work is helpful but not required. While strong academic performance, superb communication skills and a proven track record of success within a law firm are important criteria for this position, they are interested in candidates that are growth‑minded, thrive in a dynamic, collaborative and fast‑paced work environment and are interested in having a significant role on their deal teams.

Compensation: In accordance with applicable law, the following represents the range of possible compensation for this role. Salary will range between $290,000 and $305,000
, depending on experience. Associates are also eligible to receive an hour‑based bonus.
