EDiscovery Litigation Paralegal

Our client, a premier midsized law firm located in South Denver, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with commercial/civil defense litigation experience that has strong eDiscovery and case management skills and experience. This role can be primarily remote with a flexible work schedule. Time in the office will be necessitated by attorney needs and client meetings. Only local residents of Colorado will be considered for this position.

• Draft responses to pleadings and discovery requests.
• Docket court and other deadlines.
• Manage and track eDiscovery through all phases of litigation.
• Coordinate and support document review workflows with preparation, quality control, and execution of document productions.
• Know and utilize Colorado state and federal court procedure and rules.
• Prepare for and attend trials.

• 5+ years of litigation and trial defense experience.
• Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
• Significant experience in managing ESI using discovery software platforms, such as Relativity
• Working knowledge of the EDRM and its application across the discovery lifecycle.
• Experience using litigation support software to manage transcripts and exhibits such as Live Note and Case Map.
• Flexible, self-starter capable of responding quickly and positively to shifting demands and opportunities.
