We are seeking a qualified Real Estate Paralegal to join our team in Denver, CO. • Under the supervision of in‑house real estate attorneys, review real estate contracts, draft amendments, review title commitments and exception documents, and review surveys and plats.
• Draft title objection letters, track contract deadlines, and prepare documents for closings, coordinating completion of closings with title company personnel and various divisions.
• Monitor ongoing compliance of transactions with company land acquisition policies.
• Perform other miscellaneous assigned duties such as researching various legislation, statutes and regulations related to real estate in various jurisdictions.

• BA or BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• Title experience and at least 2 years of prior experience working with transactional real estate deals as a paralegal or for a title company.
• Prior experience working with home builders or developers preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure, multi‑task, stay organized, analyze and advise management as issues arise.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, be detail‑oriented, organized, a team player and work well with division personnel, lawyers, title companies and corporate executives.
• Must be able to work in Denver, CO—this is NOT a remote position.

• Base Salary: $90,000-$110,000
• FLSA Status:
  Non‑Exempt
