Attorney​/Lawyer

Description We are looking for a skilled litigation attorney to join a dynamic boutique defense firm in Denver, Colorado. This role involves handling diverse cases in areas such as personal injury, property damage, insurance bad faith, and premises liability. The ideal candidate will possess strong legal research and writing abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities:

- Represent clients in litigation cases, focusing on personal injury, property damage, insurance bad faith, and premises liability.

- Conduct thorough legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision.

- Manage discovery processes, including drafting interrogatories, responding to requests, and analyzing evidence.

- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies and ensure effective communication.

- Utilize legal billing software to track and manage case-related expenses and time.

- Attend court hearings, mediations, and trials to advocate for clients and present arguments.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations to provide accurate legal advice.

- Participate in firm initiatives, including mentorship programs and diversity efforts, to contribute to a positive work environment.

- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout their cases.

- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and attention to detail in all legal practices. Requirements - Must hold a valid license to practice law in Colorado.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation is required.

- Proven skills in drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documentation.

- Strong academic credentials with a demonstrated ability in legal research and analysis.

- Familiarity with legal billing software and case management systems.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a team-oriented environment.

- Commitment to detail-oriented ethics and high-quality representation.
