Overview
Our client has an immediate opening for an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join their team in the Denver office. This is a strong career opportunity with an excellent platform at an AmLaw 100 firm offering exposure to sophisticated real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and debt and equity deals across multiple markets.
RequirementsInterested candidates should have 5+ years of real estate paralegal experience with strong knowledge of due diligence processes, title and survey review, closing coordination, and real estate conveyance documents. The incoming paralegal will play a key role in supporting complex real estate transactions from due diligence through closing, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and providing exceptional service to both internal and external clients.
Additionally, applicants must have 5+ years of transactional real estate experience in a large law firm setting.
- Perform and coordinate due diligence (title commitments, surveys, zoning reports)
- Prepare title and survey objection letters
- Assist in the preparation and review of real estate conveyance and closing documents
- Coordinate closings for acquisitions, dispositions, and financings and prepare closing books
- Draft and file UCC financing statements and draft leases, purchase contracts, easements, and deeds
- Interface with firm clients and outside entities on assigned matters
