Product Life Cycle Practice:
Clients rely on this practice at every stage of the product life cycle, both in and out of the courtroom. The group represents industry leaders across AI and robotics, autonomous vehicles, consumer products, IoT, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, retail, cosmetics, and technology.

- 3–5 years of experience in Products Liability Litigation (required).
- Drafting briefs, correspondence, and responding to written discovery.
- Conducting depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews.
- Managing document collection, review, and production.
- Causation and/or failure analysis.
- Multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong case‑management skills, work ethic, and team‑oriented attitude.
- Active member of the California or Colorado Bar.
