We are seeking a mid-level Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to join our Commercial Litigation practice in Denver, Colorado. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of civil litigation experience, prior judicial clerkship, and trial experience. Salary ranges from $145,000 - $175,000 a year.
Candidates must currently be licensed to practice in Colorado.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Research and analyze legal issues
- Conduct discovery and depositions
- Advise clients on legal matters
- Negotiate settlements
- Represent clients in court & trial proceedings
- Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations
