Constellation Search Group is looking for a Real Estate Associate Attorney for a full-time direct hire position. This role calls for an experienced attorney to partake in managing complex transactional matters, with a focus on commercial real estate leasing and purchase and sale transactions. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic legal team committed to excellence and client satisfaction.

- Lead and negotiate commercial real estate leases, ensuring favorable terms for clients. Draft, review, and modify lease agreements, addressing issues like rent, maintenance, options, and renewals.
- Oversee comprehensive due diligence for property acquisitions, examining titles, zoning regulations, and environmental assessments to assess risks and opportunities.
- Manage all aspects of purchase and sale transactions, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, advising on financing, and addressing complex legal issues.
- Provide clients with expert legal advice to ensure clarity in decision-making. Collaborate with clients to tailor legal solutions that meet their objectives.
- Cultivate strong client relationships and demonstrate a commitment to excellence, professionalism, and client satisfaction.
- Work closely with a team of experienced attorneys to share knowledge and contribute to a supportive working environment.
- 2-6 years of real estate transactional law experience.
- Strong communication, analytical, contract drafting, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage real estate transactions and meet deadlines.
- A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, courtesy, and respect.
