Oil & Gas Attorney

Lathrop GPM is seeking an Oil & Gas Attorney with 2-3 years of transactional legal experience to join its active and growing Energy group in Denver
.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, self-starting, and can thrive working independently and in a team environment. Significant experience drafting oil and gas title opinions and a license to practice in Colorado is required; landman experience is preferred. Excellent academic qualifications and communication skills required. The position offers continued professional and skill development, strong mentor support, and practice development opportunities all within a vibrant firm culture.

Compensation and benefit information for Colorado candidates:
Current anticipated range is: $190,000-$210,000. Actual initial salary may be above or below the identified range and will be based on relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors consistent with applicable law. A full comprehensive benefit plan is provided and includes health care, retirement plan, parental leave, and short/long term disability.
