They are looking for a Corporate Associate with 3+ years' experience in middle market M&A and private equity transactions at a law firm.

This team offers sophisticated deal work for clients large and small in a variety of industries including consumer products, technology, hospitality and healthcare. They are currently operating on a hybrid schedule and this role provides competitive compensation and benefits.
