Senior Civil Litigation / Real Estate AttorneyThis full-time role offers a flexible hybrid schedule with a professional office space and the opportunity to lead complex cases and help grow the practice. The senior attorney will manage a substantial caseload, mentor junior attorneys, and have the ability to expand the team as the practice continues to grow.
Qualifications & Experience- 8–10+ years of experience in civil litigation and/or real estate law
- Extensive trial experience, including serving as first chair in complex matters
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume, independent caseload
- Leadership experience or interest in mentoring and developing junior attorneys
- Handle complex civil litigation and real estate cases from intake to resolution
- Lead trial proceedings and other court appearances as needed
- Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to team development
- Option to bring personal cases for a higher compensation percentage
- Collaborate with firm leadership to grow and expand the practice
Salary: $190,000–$200,000, plus performance-based bonuses
