Senior Attorney - Real Estate & Civil Litigation

This full-time role offers a flexible hybrid schedule with a professional office space and the opportunity to lead complex cases and help grow the practice. The senior attorney will manage a substantial caseload, mentor junior attorneys, and have the ability to expand the team as the practice continues to grow.

• 8–10+ years of experience in civil litigation and/or real estate law
• Extensive trial experience, including serving as first chair in complex matters
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume, independent caseload
• Leadership experience or interest in mentoring and developing junior attorneys

• Handle complex civil litigation and real estate cases from intake to resolution
• Lead trial proceedings and other court appearances as needed
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to team development
• Option to bring personal cases for a higher compensation percentage
• Collaborate with firm leadership to grow and expand the practice

Salary: $190,000–$200,000, plus performance-based bonuses
