Litigation Associate - Denver

Position: Litigation Associate - Denver, CO
Adams and Reese seeks a mid-level associate with 3-6 years of solid litigation experience to join its national litigation practice in the Denver office. The Firm is looking to make a long-term investment in the right candidate for this highly collaborative, tight-knit team. The position will focus on commercial litigation and construction law; experience in consumer class action defense, telephone marketing regulation (TCPA) defense, or labor and employment law is a plus.

The ideal candidate will be able to manage a case independently from start to finish with minimal oversight. Deposition and hearing experience preferred. Salary is commensurate with credentials and experience. Colorado law license and 2+ years practicing in Colorado required. Full time in-office.
