Real Estate M&A​/Finance Associate

The Merker Group (a well respected National legal recruiting firm), is working on a role (actually two for that matter), for two top Am Law 100 firms with offices in Denver. In both instances, the firms seek a mid-level associate to join their top-tier Real Estate practice in Denver
. This is an ideal role for an attorney looking to handle sophisticated, high-stakes transactions within a collaborative and prestigious environment. One of the groups we know well does a good amount of energy/renewables work (not exclusively but part of their practice). So if that is of interest, definitely apply!

• Advise diverse clients on complex commercial real estate transactions
  , including acquisitions and dispositions.
• Manage real estate financings
  , investments, and comprehensive property diligence.
• Lead and negotiate joint venture transactions and purchase/sale agreements.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, managing matters with a high degree of autonomy.
• Supervise and mentor junior associates and paralegals to ensure excellence in work product.

• Experience: 3–6 years of transactional real estate experience, preferably within a large or national law firm setting.

  Strong drafting skills and experience in real estate finance or investment matters.
• Credentials: Excellent academic record and firm credentials.
• Interpersonal: Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing high-quality client service.
