Job Description- Coordinar y controlar la operación asignada, desde el punto de origen hasta destino, asegurando la correcta ejecución en tiempos y en costos.
- Garantizar que la documentación de embarque esté correcta, de acuerdo con los lineamientos del cliente.
- Asegurar el envío de información al cliente, siguiendo los ANSs, de manera precisa y oportuna.
- Preparar y analizar los KPIs de las cuentas asignadas.
- Atender, en todo momento, los clientes asignados, brindando respuestas y soluciones oportunas.
- Tecnólogo o profesional de negocios internacionales, comercio exterior o afines
- Experiencia de 2 años en manejo Exportaciones/importaciones en Agencias de Carga.
- Conocimientos en:
Procesos de Exportaciones e importaciones. - Manejo de Cargas. Normativa Aduanera
- Inglés 80%
