Route Driver - Office Coffee

We are hiring immediately for a full‑time Route Driver – Office Coffee position.

Location:

Canteen – 13575 East 37th Avenue, Denver, CO 80239. Online applications only.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 5:00 am to 3:00 pm. Hours may vary; further details will be provided during interview.

Fixed Pay Rate: $25.97 per hour. Internal Employee Referral Bonus and possible commission eligibility for all Canteen driving roles.

• Maintain proper inventory levels and product distribution for vending machines.
• Provide client and customer satisfaction in every aspect of job performance.
• Display a clear understanding of company policies and administer them as needed.
• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of vending machines and related equipment.
• Conduct minor service and adjustments on machines; report defective equipment to maintenance as required.
• Prior to each route, ensure the truck is properly loaded with required products following operational procedures.
• Inform regular clients and customers about new products or services; listen to and resolve service complaints.
• Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays or issue promotion materials to customers.
• Accountable for receipt of goods, invoices, delivery tickets, cash, and product.
• Conduct inventory reconciliation in accordance with district procedures.
• Keep company vehicle clean and organized; perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections.
• Perform all job functions safely and professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Three years of driving experience required.
• Valid non‑CDL Class C driver’s license (unless otherwise indicated by state).
• Preferred 1–2 years of customer service experience or a minimum of one year of related experience.
• Able to lift 50 lb. consistently.
• Willingness to operate or learn material handling equipment such as box trucks and handcarts.
• Ability to work independently and be responsible for the route, unsupervised 98 % of the workday.
