Last Mile Site Manager – Denver, CO

We are looking for a Last Mile Site Manager to coordinate operations in Denver, CO.

• Coordinate communication flow between haulers, delivery teams, flatbed drivers, call center, and local client management teams.
• Provide on‑site presence on a daily, weekly, or bi‑weekly basis to ensure procedures are followed.
• Oversee recruiting, processing, and performance evaluation of haulers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors.
• Follow up on shipping discrepancies, damaged goods, and in‑home damage claims.
• Interface with end customers to ensure effective in‑home delivery.
• Maintain monthly operation reports that include statistics and customer service scores.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent mathematical skills, including the ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
• Ability to analyze technical and scientific journals relevant to the business and market.

$90,000 – $100,000 per year (anticipated starting salary range). The company may adjust this range based on market conditions and other factors.
