The Sr. Director of Supply Chain leads the company’s supply chain and procurement strategy across the company’s portfolio of brands, including Punch Bowl Social, Pinstripes, Voicebox, and Sweet Tooth Hotel.

This leader builds and strengthens scalable systems, supplier relationships, and operational processes that drive consistency, cost efficiency, quality standards, and brand integrity across all concepts. Partnering closely with Finance, Beverage, Culinary, Facilities, and Operations, the Sr. Director of Supply Chain supports both day‑to‑day execution and long‑term growth initiatives. This role ensures the organization scales efficiently while maintaining flexibility across diverse concepts and operating environments.

This is a Denver‑based hybrid position requiring regular in‑office collaboration with remote flexibility.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP AND PROCUREMENT
  • Develop and execute a unified supply chain strategy across all concepts while respecting brand‑specific needs.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align supply chain strategy with financial, operational, and brand goals.
  • Build scalable systems, processes, and supplier partnerships that support new store openings, remodels, and evolving operational needs.
  • Drive accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence across cross‑functional teams and vendor relationships.
OPERATIONS & VENDOR MANAGEMENT
  • Oversee sourcing and procurement for food, beverage, operating supplies, contracted services, entertainment equipment, and smallware’s.
  • Lead RFP processes, vendor selection, contract negotiations, and supplier performance management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with national and regional supplier networks for food, beverage, operating supplies, contracted services, equipment, and smallware’s.
  • Support operational readiness for new venue openings, activations, menu rollouts, and entertainment initiatives.
FINANCIAL & ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive cost savings through strategic sourcing, consolidation, and value engineering without compromising the guest experience.
  • Negotiate pricing, service levels, and performance metrics.
  • Develop vendor scorecards, reporting tools, and accountability measures to improve service and consistency.
  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and performance of supply chain systems, including ERP platforms, procurement tools, supplier management systems, and operational technologies.
  • Utilize forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis to support margin improvement and long‑term scalability.

  • Brings multi‑unit hospitality or restaurant supply chain experience with an understanding of high‑volume, complex operations.
  • Balances enterprise‑wide standardization with the unique needs of individual brands and concepts.
  • Leads change management initiatives and drives successful implementation of systems, processes, and operational improvements across the organization.
