Parts Specialist

Job OverviewWMH Solutions is seeking a Parts Specialist to support customers, technicians, and service operations by helping identify, source, order, and manage parts that keep businesses running.
When equipment is down, businesses lose productivity. Technicians can’t complete repairs. Customers can’t keep operations moving. The right part, delivered at the right time, can make all the difference.
What You’ll Do- Assist customers and technicians with parts inquiries
- Identify correct replacement parts and equipment components
- Prepare parts quotes and process customer orders
- Research availability, compatibility, pricing, and sourcing options
- Deliver responsive and professional customer service
- Build long-term customer relationships through reliability and support
- Receive, stock, organize, and distribute inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and stock locations
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
- Assist with inventory reconciliation and accuracy initiatives
- Support shipping, receiving, and logistics activities
- Process purchase orders and vendor documentation
- Maintain accurate inventory and parts records within business systems
- Coordinate with technicians, service managers, vendors, and operations personnel
- Support service workflow and aftermarket operations
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in parts, inventory, service support, warehouse operations, equipment support, or related fields
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience with inventory management and parts systems preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
