- Lead negotiation and execution of master service agreements and project-specific contracts
- Ensure commercial terms align with category strategy, risk mitigation, and business objectives
- Partner with internal stakeholders to review, refine, and finalize contractual agreements
- Own end-to-end sourcing activities including RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs
- Develop sourcing strategies aligned with category goals and market conditions
- Evaluate supplier proposals, drive competitive bidding processes, and lead award recommendations
- Apply structured sourcing methodologies (e.g., seven-step sourcing process)
- Stakeholder & Supplier Management
- Collaborate with internal business partners to understand requirements and align sourcing strategies
- Engage with external vendors during sourcing, negotiation, and contracting phases
- Support cross-functional initiatives within the sourcing and category management teams
- Manage multiple contracts and sourcing events simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Balance strategic planning with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced environment
- Provide insights into pricing, lead times, and supply market dynamics
- Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or category management
- Strong expertise in contract negotiation and contract management
- Demonstrated experience leading RFP, RFI, and RFQ processes end‑to‑end
- Familiarity with structured sourcing methodologies
- Experience procuring both equipment and services
- Strong understanding of commercial terms, pricing models, and supplier evaluation
