The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $23-29/hr.

We’re hiring a full‑time On‑Site Service Representative for our Denver East Route. Working hours are Monday‑Friday 7am‑4pm. The OSR reports to a Supervisor or Manager of Onsite Services and supports assigned customers by managing inventory, providing outstanding customer service, and driving account growth through our Keep Stock program.

• Serve multiple customer locations.
• Receive and stock purchased product in designated customer locations, ensuring optimal stocking levels by scanning for ordering purposes as inventory depletes.
• Resolve customer problems promptly to retain and promote customer loyalty.
• Follow the designated route defined by routing software tools and maintain route guides.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in productivity, process, and cycle time.
• Comply with safety and inspection requirements of the facility where service is provided.
• Help create new orders by engaging with customers to identify additional product needs.
• Probe for customer needs during each site visit and work with sales partners to expand Grainger offerings.

• 3 years’ experience in a selling or service environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 25 to 60 lbs and/or work in difficult positions.
• Collaboration and problem‑solving skills.
• Handle different technical and operational issues.
• Valid driver’s license in the state of residence and maintain required levels of automobile insurance.
