Vendor Manager

Overview In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our vendors to ensure the consistent supply of high-quality products. Your expertise will drive our procurement strategy, optimise vendor performance, and enhance our supply chain efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure high service levels and resolve any issues that may arise.

Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to achieve optimal terms for the company.

Monitor vendor performance and implement improvement plans as necessary.

Conduct regular assessments and audits of vendor capabilities and compliance.

Collaborate with internal teams to align vendor capabilities with operational needs.

Requirements Proven experience in vendor management or a similar procurement role.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to analyse data and generate reports to inform decision-making.

Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in relevant software tools and procurement systems.

Nice to have Experience in the food and beverage industry.

Knowledge of supply chain management principles.

Fluency in additional languages.
