* Summary:

* As the Internal Customer Support Specialist, you will support Sales Representatives and internal partners by accurately processing replenishment orders, coordinating inventory movement, and resolving order, shipping, and return-related needs. You will provide responsive service, maintain inventory accuracy, and collaborate across teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure products are available when needed.

* What You Will Do:

* + Enter and process Sales Representative replenishment orders with accuracy and urgency.

+ Manage inventory transactions and product movement between sub-inventories using WMS/ERP systems.

+ Coordinate product returns, shipments, and field transfers while maintaining accurate documentation.

+ Monitor inventory accuracy through routine checks and cycle counts and investigate discrepancies as needed.

+ Troubleshoot order, product, inventory, and workflow issues, escalating concerns when appropriate.

+ Partner with Sales, Distribution, and other cross-functional teams to resolve order, shipping, and return-related needs.

+ Provide timely, professional communication and updates to Sales Representatives and internal partners.

+ Identify opportunities for process improvement while maintaining applicable safety, quality, and compliance requirements.

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ 3+ years of relevant experience

_Preferred:_

+ Warehouse/Inventory Control experience

+ Associate or Bachelor's degree
