Regulatory Compliance Specialist
For our client, we are seeking a SVP, Supply Chain to join the team of a leader in the Energy & Utilities space.
This executive will shape enterprise sourcing, logistics, and supplier strategy in support of a major capital program within a highly regulated operating environment. The role will focus on securing critical equipment and contractor capacity, improving constructability and cost discipline, and strengthening execution certainty across complex initiatives. The leader will also partner closely with operations, construction, finance, and technical teams to build resilient supply chain capabilities and manage risk.
Location:
Denver, CO - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $320,000 - $430,000 annually
Responsibilities- Translate a $60B capital plan into sourcing strategies to secure essential equipment and contractor capacity ahead of schedule.
- Lead strategic partnerships with suppliers to ensure certainty in execution of the capital program.
- Drive standardization across equipment and specifications to enhance cost-efficiency and constructability.
- Structure construction contracts to optimize risk-sharing and total cost of ownership.
- Build a strong data foundation to implement analytics and AI for advanced supply chain management.
- Oversee fleet strategies to ensure safety and compliance within regulatory frameworks.
- Identify potential supply chain risks and develop robust mitigation plans.
- Proven leadership of enterprise procurement and logistics for organizations with at least $5B in revenue; expertise in strategic sourcing and supplier management.
- Successful track record in large-scale capital procurement for multi-billion-dollar capital programs in regulated environments.
- Extensive experience driving improvements in supply chain performance using technology and analytics, including AI.
- Proficiency in navigating global commodity volatility and geopolitical risks with effective contingency strategies.
- Familiarity with nuclear supply chains and regulatory requirements preferred but not mandatory.
