• Manage procurement activities for more complex orders
• Ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services
• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers

• Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers
• Handle procurement documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree)
• Typically 2+ years of related experience
• Intermediate understanding of sourcing and procurement strategies
• Supplier management and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of contract management and legal aspects of procurement
• Awareness of market trends and cost-saving opportunities
• Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and ERP/MRP systems such as SAP
• Ability to interact with leadership, suppliers, and external personnel on matters requiring coordination between functional organizations
