Bridge Property Management is seeking a Lease Up Maintenance Supervisor for a brand new luxury property opening early 2026. If you enjoy fixing things, managing a team, and keeping communities running smoothly, we want you on our team!

Como Supervisor(a) de Mantenimiento, supervisarás las operaciones de mantenimiento y asegurarás que nuestra comunidad esté en excelentes condiciones. Gestionarás un equipo, realizarás reparaciones, controlarás presupuestos y seguirás estándares de seguridad.

What You Will Do
  • Lead the maintenance team – Supervise and support a skilled crew across one or more communities.
  • Coordinate daily operations – Schedule tasks, ensure homes are ready to rent, oversee after‑hours assignments, and complete service orders on time.
  • Stay on budget – Develop and follow maintenance budgets while monitoring spending.
  • Inspect and maintain the community – Oversee preventative maintenance schedules, conduct property inspections, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Foster strong relationships – Work with residents, team members, and vendors to create a well‑maintained, welcoming environment.
  • Ensure compliance and safety – Follow policies and company, local, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Tackle special projects – Assist with additional responsibilities and property improvements as needed.
What You Bring To The Team
  • Strong leadership skills – Experience in managing, training, and motivating a maintenance team.
  • Technical expertise – Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, masonry, carpentry, and HVAC systems.
  • Problem‑solving abilities – Able to handle emergencies and high‑pressure situations confidently.
  • Dependability and flexibility – Available for emergency repairs when needed.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks – Able to climb up to 40 feet, lift heavy objects, distinguish colors, and work in various conditions.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Two years of experience in facility maintenance.
  • Skilled in using hand tools and power tools safely.

  • 11 paid holidays per year.
  • Parental leave: 4 weeks after 6 months for primary caregiver; 12 weeks after 2 years for primary caregiver.
  • Tuition reimbursement: up to $5,000 per year for approved tuition expenses; repayment may apply if employment ends before 24 months.
