Maintenance Technician – Kisco Senior Living

Shift: Tuesday – Saturday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $26 /hour

• Maintain the physical condition of interior and exterior systems and machinery.
• Diagnose and repair problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, emergency systems, flooring, hardware accessories, masonry, painting/wallpaper, water features (pools, spas, etc.) and waste management systems.
• Complete assigned service requests and perform turn‑key work to ensure vacant apartment homes are rent‑ready promptly.
• Assist with organizing and prioritizing service requests and general maintenance tasks.
• May supervise the work of other associates and outside contractors.

• High school graduate preferred.
• One to three years of experience in maintenance service work orders and property maintenance.
• Basic competency in Microsoft Office applications, internet–based and custom applications.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.

• Technical training or HVAC certification is desirable.
• Skill in patch, texture and painting is desirable.
• High degree of mechanical skill.
