Job Title: Janitor – Full Time

Location: 8700 Pena Blvd Concourse A, Denver, CO 80249

Schedule: Full time; open availability preferred; weekends required.

Pay Rate: $17.64 per hour

Requirements: Prior janitorial experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans.
• Dust and mop floors following approved procedures.
• Move equipment and furniture for proper cleaning and return furniture to correct placement.
• Cleans assigned areas with the use of assigned materials and equipment. Sanitize all surfaces. Follow the eight‑step cleaning procedure.
• Wash walls, windows, furniture, baseboards and other items to maintain a clean, safe environment for patients, visitors and staff.
• Seek out areas requiring cleaning; take initiative to complete the task.
• Complete all tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Perform tasks in accordance with all federal, state and county guidelines.
• Strip, scrub, buff and refinsh floors; shampoo carpet.
• Contribute to the team; exhibit professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
