From knocking out work workers to handling routine inspections, your hands-on skills will help create a safe, comfortable, and beautifully maintained home for our residents.

  Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• Pay: $22.00-$25.00/hour plus bonus potential
• Multi-Site: 6 properties; 380 units

• Technical degree in related field or an equivalent amount of training or experience
• 1-2 years in multifamily maintenance, construction or equivalent
• Basic knowledge in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
• EPA 608 and CPO a plus, but not required
• Basic computer and communication skills
