From knocking out work workers to handling routine inspections, your hands-on skills will help create a safe, comfortable, and beautifully maintained home for our residents.

- Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm - Pay: $22.00-$25.00/hour plus bonus potential
- Multi-Site: 6 properties; 380 units
- 1000 Grant - The Burnsley - 1000 Grant (86 units)
- The Novelist - 960 Grant St (70 units)
- Story - 990 Logan St (68 units)
- 970 Penn - 970 Pennsylvania (32 units)
- 899 Washington - 899 N Washington (34 units)
- 515 Clarkson - 515 N Clarkson (90 units)

- Company paid EPA and CPO certifications
- Technical degree in related field or an equivalent amount of training or experience
- 1-2 years in multifamily maintenance, construction or equivalent
- Basic knowledge in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
- EPA 608 and CPO a plus, but not required
- Basic computer and communication skills
