Field Copier Technician

We are seeking a Field
Copier Technician to join our service team in the Denver, CO area. This is a field position with a POSSIBLE TERRITORY NEAR YOU, as we service all of Denver and surrounding areas.

We are looking for experienced technicians but are willing to train the right person for entry-level roles too.

• Troubleshooting and repairing office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.)
• Providing high-quality technical support to our customer base
• Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Developing options to solve unusual problems
• Managing time, resources, and territorial considerations

• Experience and training with Canon, Ricoh, HP, Xerox, and other manufacturers
• Strong computer knowledge
