Position Details

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Pay: $22.00-$25.00/hour plus bonus potential

* 1402 Race - 35 Units

Education and Certifications

* Technical degree in related field or an equivalent amount of training or experience.

* 1-2 years in multifamily maintenance, construction or equivalent

* Basic knowledge in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing

* EPA 608 and CPO a plus, but not required

* Basic computer and communication skills
