** Join us as the Tech Facilities Lead and take charge of ensuring all scheduled work is assigned and completed efficiently.

** THE STARTING RATE:**$23.48    
** THE DAY-TO-DAY:
*** Oversee and coordinate maintenance staff, assigning tasks, completing and closing out work orders, conducting daily inspections, and supervising necessary repairs
* Identify equipment requiring repairs, adjustments, or replacements, while maintaining logbooks and ensuring proper upkeep
* Ensure all equipment and work areas remain clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
* Stay up to date on the latest techniques and advancements in maintenance practices
* Maintain a strong focus on safety and accident prevention at all times
** THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
*** High School Diploma or GED is a must.
* 4+ years of relevant maintenance experience required; 2+ years of hotel or industrial experience preferred.
* Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
* Proficient in operating heavy equipment such as Skyjack, forklifts, and scissor lifts.
* Skilled in facility equipment repairs and preventive maintenance.
* Solid understanding of basic mathematical operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
* Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* Experience in leading and mentoring a team to achieve operational goals.
* Strong listening abilities and sound judgment in decision-making.
