We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at 4400 Syracuse Apartments in Denver, CO
!

The ideal candidate will have experience in all trades and be very customer service focused. Some duties will include cleaning grounds, offices, common areas, completing maintenance service requests, appliance repairs, painting, apartment turnovers, taking emergency calls and more!

• Cleaning grounds, offices, and common areas.
• Completing maintenance service requests.
• Appliance repairs and painting.
• Apartment turnovers.
• Handling emergency calls and more.

• Prefer experience in apartment maintenance.
• Experience in all trades (plumbing, electrical, A/C, etc.) – a must.
• Customer service attitude and flexibility to work in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for on‑call rotation.

• $24‑$26/hour DOE.
• Monthly bonuses.
