Urban Land Conservancy is seeking a Facilities Technician to inspect, maintain, and repair its nonprofit property portfolio. You will work closely with the Facilities/Sustainability Manager and Assets Team to keep buildings safe, functional, and aligned with ULC’s sustainability goals.
Responsibilities include inspections, work-order management, basic repairs across building systems, and coordination with third-party contractors. This is a full-time, on-site role in the Denver area.
