Home Cleaning - Weekdays

Named one of Denver Business Journal’s Best Places to Work (2026)

No nights, no weekends, no holidays. A predictable daytime schedule, a leadership team that started out cleaning houses, and teammates you can count on.

• 21.50 - 30/hr based on performance, plus tips
• Clear raise path
• Health, dental, vision & 401(k) at 30+ hrs/week
• PTO & sick time
• Paid, structured training. We won’t throw you into houses unprepared
• Recognition for great work (Google reviews, nominations & more)

Most Maids work about 30 hrs/week, Monday - Friday, between 8:30am and 5:30pm.

This is active, physical work. You’ll be moving and cleaning for most of your shift. You’ll follow a structured daily route with clear standards, and you’ll finish each home and see the result.

• Like staying active instead of sitting at a desk
• Prefer clear expectations over guessing
• Feel good checking things off a list
• Show up for your team, even on the tough days
• Take feedback well and want to keep getting better

Honest heads-up: this isn’t a slow-paced job and it’s not for everyone. But the people who like it tend to stay for years.

Alpine Maids is an equal opportunity employer.
