Job Title: Project Manager – Division 8 (Comsense Experience Preferred)

Location: On-site in Denver, Colorado (Local or Willing to Relocate – No Remote)

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Project Manager to join our Division 8 team. This is not a cradle-to-grave role—rather, we are looking for someone solid and dependable who can run work
, keep projects moving, and coordinate across teams.
Estimation is not required
, but the ability to assist with estimating when needed is a bonus.

This is a hard on-site requirement
—you must either be local to Denver or willing to relocate
. This position is not remote.

• Project Execution: Manage and run active Division 8 projects, ensuring day-to-day operations stay on track.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to drive project execution.
• Timeline Management: Keep schedules tight, flag delays, and adjust workflows as needed.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular status updates to management and clients.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve project challenges quickly and effectively.
• (Optional) Estimating Support: While not required, ability to step in and help with estimating is a plus.

• Experience: Prior experience as a Project Manager in Division 8 or a related construction environment.

• Location Requirement: Must be able to work full-time, on-site at our Denver office. Local candidates or those willing to relocate only.
