Job Description and Responsibilities

The Vice President / Market Leader - Healthcare Advisory provides market and project leadership for various client relationships and specific engagements involving Strategic Real Estate Planning Initiatives, Portfolio Optimization and Monetization, Project Feasibility/Financing/Development, Financial Modeling and Advisory, and Real Estate Transactions.

Specific Responsibilities Include

  • Lead business development efforts for the Rocky Mountain Region, Midwest Region, and supporting the Executive Team.
  • Provide valued input into strategic and tactical decisions with respect to the Advisory Service Line and market-specific business planning.
  • Provide technical advice and overall responsibility for client deliverables.
  • Serve as a client service executive and/or project manager for clients, as appropriate.
  • Oversee associates' and analysts' work on specific engagements, including responsibility for quality control and staff development.
  • Support the Executive Team with billing, contract management, and client profitability tracking.

Education and Experience
  • Minimum of 10+ years of healthcare real estate experience or relevant healthcare and/or commercial real estate consulting experience is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Healthcare, or related field is required. MBA, or similar graduate degree, is preferred.
  • Midwest states real estate licensure (preferred).
  • Competence with software programs, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and various real estate programs (demographics, mapping, online property databases, etc.).
Allocation of Time
  • Business Client Development – 30%
  • Client / Project Work – 55%
  • Administrative / Staff Development – 15%

Overnight travel may be required up to 40%.
