If you are currently a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with 5-8+ yrs of GC/CM experience at PM level based in/or interested in moving to the Greater Denver area, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career and make a real impact.

Lead The Way To Project Success

As a Project Manager, you will oversee commercial construction projects ranging from $20M to $100M in sectors such as K-12, municipal, higher education, healthcare, tenant improvement, and more.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 5-8 years of commercial GC/CM experience (in a PM role).
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Project Sight.
• Organized, problem-solver with great communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, results-driven, and a team player with a positive attitude.
• Passionate about delivering quality work and innovation.
