Project Manager - Small Projects

We're working with a well-established contractor in the Denver market that is looking to add a Small Projects Project Manager who can hit the ground running. Their bread and butter projects are in the $1M-$5M range, and they need someone comfortable owning jobs from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage commercial construction projects typically around $5M
• Oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost reports
• Handle change orders, buyouts, and project documentation
• Communicate clearly with owners, architects, and field teams
• Utilize Procore for project management and reporting (preferred)

What They're Looking For:

• Experience managing small to mid-size commercial construction projects
• Ability to step in quickly and take ownership with minimal ramp-up
• Strong understanding of project financials and scheduling
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and field-savvy mindset
• Procore experience preferred
