We have been hired by a national GC that does over $2BN/yr in revenue that is looking to add an experienced PM to their Denver team. They have multiple offices throughout the country with Denver being the newest office opening just a few years ago. This is a great opportunity to join a large company within a growing division with a lot of potential for growth into leadership/executive level positions.
Responsibilities- The ideal candidate will oversee projects from bidding to execution. You will work with senior management and act as the point of contact for clients.
- Oversee all stages of project life cycle
- Provide timely status reports to stakeholders
- 5+ years of experience
- College degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or similar studies
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Industry knowledge and ability to read blueprints
- Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
- Base salary $115-140K
