As our District Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind daily operations, leading with vision and precision. • Coordinate operation across new and existing locations
• Hire, train, and manage leaders to maintain high performance and morale
• Respond efficiently to issues
• Attentive to developing new business
• Successfully promote and publicize the brand
• Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example
• Maintain compliance with company, state, federal and airport guidelines
• Training

• Experience working in food and beverage operations
• Proven ability to manage budgets and meet financial goals
• Experience in customer service management
• Computer literacy and familiarity with restaurant management software
• Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
• Acute financial management skills
• Ability to travel on a regular basis working flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
