Operations Manager, Program / Project Manager
Duration: 6 month contract, possible extensions

Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience with construction project management relevant to commercial buildings
- Experience engaging with cross-functional teams & managing high level stakeholder relationships
- Ability to deal well with ambiguity & problem-solve in a fast paced environment
- Exposure to creating processes and procedures - not looking for someone who just checks boxes, rather someone who exceeds them and can think outside of the box with little direction

Will support facility/site development for a start up team that is building a new delivery station model in metro cities. This role will involve roughly 75% travel regionally to oversee the development of the facilities; 3/4 weeks a month Tuesday - Thursday as a typical schedule. These PMs will act as owners representatives & partner with general contractors, internal design teams, preconstruction teams, etc and will be responsible for RFPs, bid walks, budgeting & cost management, updating schedules daily, navigate blockers & escalating as needed to mitigate risk and keep projects on track.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects at one time in different phases of their development lifecycle as this position will entail managing roughly 10-20 projects travel is reimbursable but will be covered up front on a personal credit card and then reimbursed.
