Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $85-115k., Depending on Experience
Location: Denver, CO 80207
Experience: 1 year project management experience.
The Project Manager plans, executes, and monitors budgets, collects payments, and closes out projects. The Project Manager is accountable for the entire project scope, including timelines, quality, and communication. The Project Manager is ultimately responsible for overall client satisfaction throughout the entirety of the project.

Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
- Manage project timelines, schedules, budgets and quality control.
- Coordinating and supervising work with construction crews, subcontractors and clients.
- Interpreting architectural blueprints and drawings.
- Inspecting work sites for regulatory compliance and safety.
- Addressing issues and resolving problems that arise during construction.
- Provide reports and updates to leaders, project team members, and other stakeholders as necessary.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager.
- Knowledge of construction practices, engineering principles and building codes.
- Ability to read blueprints and architectural plans.
- Proficient with project management software.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field.
