Construction Project Manager

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Denver, CO, for a Pre-Construction Project Manager. The Construction Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of residential pre-construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and monitoring project execution. Responsibilities also include managing project schedules, collaborating with architects, subcontractors, and clients, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.

• Proficiency in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
• Strong skills in Project Coordination and general Pre-Construction Project Management
• Experience in Budgeting and financial oversight of construction projects
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders
• Proven track record of successfully managing custom or high-end residential projects is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Denver, CO
