Controller, Management, Accounting Manager

We’re hiring a Controller to lead our accounting function and help scale a high-growth organization. This role owns day-to-day accounting operations, ensures strong controls and accurate reporting, and partners closely with leadership to provide clear financial insight. Over time, the role will expand to include oversight of external and SEC reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead core accounting operations (GL, AP, AR, payroll, fixed assets)
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close and internal reporting
• Support and ultimately own external and SEC reporting
• Maintain SOX-compliant policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Partner with FP&A on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Provide guidance on complex accounting matters (revenue, equity, leases, M&A)
• Manage audit processes and drive automation and process improvements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, HR, and operations
